Requisits
A proposal will only be considered eligible if it meets all of the following conditions:
• it is received before the deadline, 6 November 2013, 17h00 (Brussels time);
• it is written in English
• it is submitted by an eligible participant (or a small consortium of eligible participants); eligible participants are listed above within the section "who can participate"
• it is complete i.e. all the requested fields within the application have been completed
• the content of the proposal relates to the topic(s)
Documentació
The pre-registration system will be available on the Call opening date, the 1st of October 2013 and will be open throughout the Call duration. Only after pre-registration, applicants will have access to the HBP full proposal submission system. Pre-registration can be modified at any stage during the Call duration and the pre-registration well in advance will facilitate the submission process. Only electronic proposals submitted through the HBP proposal submission system will be accepted.
Pre-registration should include:
  • a proposal title
  • the list of applicants and their affiliations (with PIC* numbers),
  • a brief abstract (not more than 300 words) describing the proposal, the specific topic addressed and the expertise and facilities available.
