Objectiu de la convocatòria
The aim of the AAL Programme is to provide innovative Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) based solutions including products, systems or services to enhance older adults’ quality of life and to strengthen the industrial base in Europe. The main goal is to improve the autonomy, participation in social life, skills, and employability of older adults.

The aim of this call is to support innovative, transnational and multi-disciplinary collaborative projects with a clear route to market and added-value for the different types of end-users. A key priority underlying this challenge will be to bring together technologies and services to create ICT based solutions addressing the aspirations and challenges that will enable the wellbeing of people with dementia and their communities (family, caregivers, neighbourhood, service providers, care system, etc…).

Informació addicional
The AAL Joint Programme offers a partner search facility, with two alternatives for finding partners or being found by partners for AAL projects:
  • The publication of an activity profile of an organisation. The profile shall describe the capabilities of the organisation to contribute to the scope of the launched call for proposals. All profiles can be browsed and searched for by any user of this tool.
  • The submission of a short project idea in order to find additional project partners. The uploaded information should specify the rough project idea, as well as the (current and) missing expertise required to form a convincing consortium.

  • Requisits
    Composition of the consortium:
  • At least 3 independent eligible organizations (legal entities), from at least 3 different AAL Partner States participating in the Call for Proposals
  • Consortium must include at least one eligible for-profit business partner
  • Consortium must include at least one eligible for-profit SME partner which can be the business partner
  • Consortium must include at least one eligible end-user organization
  • Size of the consortium: 3 – 10 partners
  • Duration of the project: 12 – 36 months

    This is a joint call, but the funding is implemented at national level. Organisations should check with their respective National Contact Points that they comply with national eligibility criteria. A detailed description of national eligibility criteria can be found in the Annex of the Guide for Applicants.
  • Dotació
    SNS/IIS partners funded by ISCIII:
    • Up to 100.000 € per partner (overheads included)
    • Up to 150.000 € per coordinator (overheads included)
