Requisits
Consortia are led by a USA institution, who submits the proposal to the NSF on behalf of the consortium. Spanish PIs may participate as PI or co-PI in no more than one proposal involving Spain (AEI/ISCIII) per review cycle. USA institutions are funded by the National Science Foundation and foreign institutions are funded by their respective national funding agencies. IMIM researchers are eligible to apply for ISCIII funding.
