    Beginning with the 2017 edition of the Martin Villar Awards, the Award introduces a new concept by providing 2 grants, for 1 project in Clinical Research and 1 project in Basic Research.

    ERC Synergy Grants are intended to enable minimum two to maximum four Principal Investigators and their teams to bring together complementary skills, knowledge, and resources in new ways, in order to jointly address ambitious research problems.
    The aim is to promote substantial advances at the frontiers of knowledge, to cross-fertilize scientific fields, and to encourage new productive lines of enquiry and new methods and techniques, including unconventional approaches and investigations at the interface between established disciplines. This should enable transformative research not only at the forefront of European science but also to become a benchmark on a global scale.
    Applicants Principal Investigators must demonstrate the synergies, complementarities and added value that could lead to breakthroughs that would not be possible by the individual Principal Investigators working alone.

    La present convocatòria es realitza amb l’objecte de fomentar la recerca científica en el trasplantament d’òrgans sòlid, a investigadors que formin part de les àrees de recerca que estan en funcionament en els serveis amb Unitat de Trasplantament de Catalunya.
    La finalitat primordial de la present beca serà la de facilitar l’estudi i la formació del becari, sense que comporti cap aportació al centre u organisme ni la incorporació dels resultats aconseguits al patrimoni de la organització.

    COMISSIÓ EUROPEA
    The Joint Programming Initiative "A Healthy Diet for a Healthy Life" (JPI HDHL) has been established to coordinate research in the areas of food, diet, physical activity and health in order to achieve tangible societal and health impact and to strengthen European leadership and competitiveness in this field.

    With this new call, JPI HDHL aims to establish a Knowledge Platform on Food, Diet, Intestinal Microbiomics and Human Health. The Knowledge Platform provides the unique possibility to connect all funded JPI HDHL researchers with other existing initiatives and relevant stakeholders in the human microbiome and health research area.

    Aquests projectes es podran realitzar de forma individual o coordinada, per tal de fomentar la creació d'esquemes de cooperació científica més potents, de manera que permetin assolir objectius que difícilment podrien plantejar-se en un context d'execució més restringit.

    Mitjançant aquesta convocatòria es concedeixen ajudes per a la realització de projectes d'investigació que inclouen la investigació orientada així com les seves aplicacions en posteriors fases de desenvolupament tecnològic i experimentació, dirigits a la resolució de problemes vinculats als grans vuit grans reptes de la societat inclosos en el Pla Estatal d'investigació Científica i Tècnica i de Innovació 2017-2020.
    Es distingeixen dos tipus de projectes:
    a) Projectes R + D + I tipus A, dirigits per joves investigadors, però amb contribucions científico-tècniques rellevants i innovadores, que no hagin dirigit anteriorment projectes d'investigació de convocatòries nacionals. Dins d'aquest tipus de projectes, s'inclouen els projectes d'R + D + I tipus JIN, per a joves investigadors sense vinculació o amb vinculació temporal.
    b) Projectes R + D + I tipus B, dirigits per investigadors amb una trajectòria investigadora consolidada.

    ERA-NETs are projects funded by the European Commission in various research fields.     The current project NEURON II co-ordinates national and regional programmes for disease-related neuroscience research in 24 participant funding organisations across 18 European Member States, Israel as an Associated Country, and Canada.

    REAL FUNDACIÓN VICTORIA EUGENIA
    Fomentar l'interès investigador al col·lectiu mèdic i multidisciplinar, i estimular el desenvolupament de treballs en l'àmbit de l'hematologia.
    Objectius:
  • Promoure la investigació sobre les conseqüències que l'ús clínic dels concentrats de factors de coagulació provoca en els afectats per l'hemofília i altres trastorns de la coagulació.
  • Dotar de beques de recerca per aconseguir la màxima especialització en els temes relacionats amb l'hemofília o d'altres problemes relacionats amb les coagulopaties congènites.
  • Promocionar cursos, congressos, seminaris, taules rodones i conferències relacionades amb les coagulopaties congènites.
  • Editar publicacions i crear fons documentals.
  • Preparar campanyes de sensibilització, desenvolupar iniciatives i projectes de prevenció, així com organitzar serveis d'orientació i consulta.
  • Instrumentalitzar accions que afavoreixin la reinserció social i la rehabilitació psíquica dels afectats per coagulopaties congènites i / o malalties associades.

    HOSPITAL SAN RAFAEL DE LA CORUÑA
    La vinticinquena edició del premi Rafael Hervada estarà dedicat a la cirurgia avançada en el càncer de pulmó. Aquest premi està dedicat no només a les tècniques quirúrgiques sinó també a totes aquelles terapèutiques que siguin coadjuvants, com pot ser la radioteràpia o la immunoteràpia. Pretenem amb la convocatòria d'aquest Premi el reconeixement a la innovació i a l'eficàcia en el tractament del càncer de pulmó, realitzant així una petita contribució al coneixement i a la investigació en aquesta patologia tumoral.
